Thomas bus left front top clearance light not working

1. Remove the cover of clearance light
   

   

2. The bulb looks black. Bulb is damaged.
   

   

3. Remove the bulb, compare to a new one. Left is old, right is new.
   

   

4. Put new bulb in
   

   

5. Test good
   

   

6. Reinstall the cover
