IC bus driver side winshield heat/defrost switch lower no heat

IC bus 2023, PSI 8.8.
Driver side heat switch lower no heat, high has heat.

1. Use a good switch to test. Same, lower, no heat, high has heat.
2. Try to check the blower side power supply.
3. Remove the cover of the heater blower.
4. Take out the blower.
5. There is a resistor on the top the blower. 3 pins, two red, one blue, blue lower power, mid red high power, out side red out put to the blower positive.
6. The switch on the lower position. There is power on blue wire but no power on the outside output red wire. No power on the high.
7. The switch on the high position. There is power on the two red wires also on the lower blue wire.
8. The resistor broken. parts ordered.
9. R&R new resistor. Test good.
10. Reinstall the blower.
11. Reinstall the cover.

Usually, check the fuse first for the electric problem. The fuse is good for the high speed is working. Also there is some old buses use different relay to control high and low speed.
