Blue Bird mini bus front door mechanism adjust

Front door mechanism need adjust, left and right door squeeze, noise from the motor, also door can not close fully.

1. Remove the door mechanism cover.
   

   
   
   
   

2. Loose right handle left lock nut.
   

   

3. Remove right handle set screw.

4. Anti clock wise(or reverse) to turn the handle, set right door to the right position.

5. Install the right handle set screw.

6. Loose left handle right lock nut.

7. Remove the left handle set screw.

8. Anti clock wise(or reverse) to turn the handle, set left door to the right position.

9. Install the left handle set screw.
   

   

10. Test. The former process may redo untill both door close fully, motor no squeeze nose.

11. Tight the left handle right lock nut and right handle left lock nut.

12. Reinstall the door mechanism cover
