Blue Bird GMC mini bus no front heat

1. Check the fuse. Good
   

   
   
   
   

2. Remove the coolant reservoir

3. Disconnect the motor connector. Check power, no power in, has ground. Two wires, red power, black ground. Problem the red wire.
   

   

4. Look along the connector, there is a relay connect to a assembly. Black wire output from this assembly directly, red power wire output from the relay.
   

   

5. The red wire output from the relay pin loose

6. Disconnect the blue connector to the assembly, it should be the power supply, check the voltage, left blue and right red has power 12V.
   

   
   
   
   

7. Connect the blue connector to the assembly.

8. Disconnect the red output from the assembly to the relay.
   

   

9. Check the red output from the assembly to the relay. Has power 12V.

10. Disconnect every female connector to the relay, 5 pins relay only use 4 pins. Lubricate every female connector. Reconnect them.

11. Check the power output from the relay to the motor supply. Has power.

12. Reconnect the connector to the motor. Motor running well.

13. Rearrange the wires and relay. Use electric tape. Zip tire them.

14. Reinstall the assembly

15. Reinstall the coolant reservoir
