Blue Bird bus horn not working

Blue Bird bus horn not working. R&R the horn brush process:

1. Remove the horn switch cover on the steering wheel.
   

   
   
   
   

2. Remove the rear and front plastic cover below the steering wheel
   Two screws on the front, same two screws on the back.
   

   
   
   
   

   Four 3mm Alan key screws on the back.

3. Unplug the horn brush.
   

   

4. Remove the horn brush bracket.
   

   
   
   Two Philip screws, the space is limit, use a ph2 bit and rachet wrench to remove.
   
   

5. Take out the brush bracket
   

   

6. Remove the old horn brush from bracket. Use a small pry bar pen to pry it out.
   

   

7. Install the new horn brush.
   Compare old new parts, right is new, longer than old one.
   

   
   
   Use two clamps for both sides, each one side.
   
   

8. Reinstall the horn brush bracket.
   

   

9. Plug the horn brush to the connector.

10. Reinstall the front and rear plastic cover below steering wheel.

11. Reinstall the horn switch cover on the steering wheel.

12. Test.
