Blue Bird bus has condensation in right head light assembly

Blue Bird bus has condensation in right head light assembly.

1. There are five 10mm nuts hold the assembly in the back. 2 on left, 2 on right, 1 on centre. Remove the nuts. Usually the nuts rusted to the screws. Cut them out or turn them out with screws. Nuts and screws were adhere together. Prefer to turn them out with screws, just turn them in to new head assembly when install new. Time saving.

   Nuts just like that.
2. Remove the bulbs of head light. There are two bulbs. Counter clockwise turn the connector to remove the bulbs and connector, then disconnect the bulbs and connector.
3. Remove the assembly.
4. Compare the old assembly with new.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   Left is new, right is old.
5. Install the new assembly.
6. Test.
