Blue Bird bus dash fan not working

Blue Bird bus, 06/2019 dash fan not working.
Usually no ground.

  1. Try to add a ground wire to the fan.

  2. Use a test lead, one side connect to dash fan body, another side connect to bus body(Windows tray).

  3. Switch on, low and high run normal.

  4. Use a piece of black wire, circle clamp both side, one connect to the hinge bolt of the fan, another one connect to the fan base secure to the bus body.

  5. Test. Switch on, fan runs normal.
